We are members of The Soil Association – a charity that campaigns for planet-friendly food and farming. We are accredited by The Soil Association means that we are approved to store Organic Products in our Warehouse.
This gives us the scope to offer additional services within the warehouse including our Food Grade Warehouse.

RHA (2009) Terms and Conditions
It is easy to pay lip-service to the environment but here at Foulger Transport we take our impact on the environment very seriously.
We have systems and trained staff to plan journeys in a cost effective way to minimise fuel use
Our on-site fitters ensure all our vehicles are running as efficiently as they can
We train our drivers to ensure they drive with courtesy to other road users and their driving style maximises fuel efficiency
We continue to invest in new fleet using the most efficient engines
We are members of Palletline so we can ship relatively small loads overnight across the UK using Palletline partners so reducing transport miles
One of the most positive impacts is reverse logistics, making sure our lorries are not empty on return journeys. Here again Palletline helps us to improve the utilisation of our fleet
We offer a freight consolidation service for Norwich to reduce the amount of lorry movements in the city
Where possible we recycle our customers’ waste from our warehousing and pick and pack operations
We obviously recycle all spent oil from our vehicle workshop
We are always looking to improve. We work with our customers, local authorities and our trade associations to find new ways of reducing Foulger Transport’s impact on the environment.
Can you help us? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please send your details to Emma Baker who would be very happy to assist.
